At Cellar 8T Whisky, we take great pride in providing high-quality whisky blends. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy in place to ensure fairness while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The Basics

Non-Refundable Products
As our whisky is custom-blended to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a verified issue with your order. 
This includes: 

  • Changes of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with taste preferences

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer


Refund Eligibility
We accept returns under specific circumstances. If your bottle arrives in an unsatisfactory condition we will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement. To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
 
Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You receive the wrong product due to an error on our part

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • There is a quality issue that affects the integrity of the whisky


To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue (damaged bottle, incorrect label, etc.)

  • Retain all original packaging for potential return if required


How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@cellar8twhisky.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Attach photographic proof of the problem.

  • Our team will review your request within 5 business days and respond with further instructions

 

The Process

Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • If a replacement is offered, we will arrange for a new bottle to be shipped at no additional cost.

  • Refunds do not include shipping fees unless the error was on our part.

Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our whisky, once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
